Abstract
Since the emphasis was on engineering firms, this inspirational current research effect on the organization's employee dispute resolution achievement is very significant; it can be extended to other organizations and private entities. t is important in a quick interval of time for another growing firm to resolve the dispute. While observing the perspectives of the various stakeholders including after evaluating, it should be remembered that workers have a responsibility to be flexible and should use their resources to achieve the goals and objectives of the company. A most popular dispute in the company at a specific place and time throughout the workplace is the dispute of union-management. A study revealed that there are some things within an organization cannot be eliminated which include dispute within any organization and therefore can affect an organization’s employee dispute resolution.
